What We Do

Walex Biz Group is a diversified holding company. We own and operate businesses in sectors essential to national development — the sectors that feed, fuel, build, and connect a country — and we run each of them to international standards.

Our businesses fall into three broad groups. Resources and energy: downstream petroleum through Walex Oil & Gas; solid-mineral exploration and processing through Walex Mining & Processing. Agriculture and trade: commercial farming and agro-processing through Walex Biz Farms; sourcing and export of agricultural and mineral commodities through Walex Commodities. Infrastructure and services: freight, warehousing, and distribution through Walex Biz Logistics; civil and building construction through Walex Biz Constructions; enterprise software and digital infrastructure through Walex Biz Nigeria and Walex Biz Host; healthcare access through Doc Lab Pharm; and hospitality and retail through Club Pub X and Nadlee Outprep Empire.

What ties these businesses together is not a sector. It is a way of operating. Each company has its own leadership and its own accountability. Each draws on the Group's shared technology, logistics, and capital. And each is held to the same commitments — integrity in every dealing, safety in every operation, and a long-term view in every decision.

The result is a group whose companies reinforce one another. Our farms are served by our logistics arm, managed on our technology platforms, and connected to international buyers through our commodities arm. Our mines supply our commodities business. Our construction company builds our depots, farms, and processing facilities. Our technology company builds the systems that run everything else. That integration is the Group's structural advantage, and it is why we can enter sectors that stand-alone operators cannot.
